Learn how to compete at a high level without emotions upsetting your confidence. Strengthen your identity as an athlete so that pressure, mistakes, and performance fluctuations don't shake the game you know you can play.
Topics include:
- Understanding pressure and why athletes "choke"
- Emotions in performance
- Mindfulness and mental preparation strategies
- Building confidence that lasts beyond a single round
- Developing practical and measurable mental skills that can be trained over time
Athletes will develop practical skills to:
